Pre-Made Items

Pre-made items are in-stock products that are ready to ship shortly after you place your order.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically packed and processed within 2–5 business days after your purchase.

Shipping Time (after processing):

Domestic (Canada/USA): 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your delivery.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are made-to-order and often part of limited or exclusive drops. These items are not yet in stock and require time to be produced.

Production Time:

Pre-orders generally take 2–4 weeks to produce. In high-demand situations or during special launches, this window may extend slightly.

Shipping Time (after production):

Domestic (Canada/USA): 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Updates:

You’ll receive regular updates via email regarding the status of your pre-order, including estimated ship-out dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the time of year, drop demand, and your location.

For international orders, customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the customer.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Vesterna Studios is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout.
